Fairbanks Music Department's 2012 Trip To:

Itinerary
6:00 am Load bus at FHS
6:30 am Depart FHS
8:00 am Rest stop/food break
9:45 am Arrive Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum
10 am Tour the Rock Hall and Museum
12Noon Walk to Progressive Field (20 mins)
1:05 pm Indians vs. Angels at Progressive Field
4:00 pm Walk to Hard Rock Cafe (10 mins)
4:30 pm Dinner at Hard Rock Cafe
5:30 pm Shop at Tower City Center/explore downtown
6:30 pm Load bus. Depart for home.
8:00 pm Rest stop/food break
10 pm Return to FHS
*The date of the trip is April 28, 2012.  We’ll leave at 6:30 AM and return by 10PM.  All high school band and choir member are eligible to go.
*The cost of the trip is $100. The check/money order deposit will only be $50 and is is due by February 21.   Students and chaperones must have a total of $100 in their account by April 1.  You may pay the entire amount at any time.  All payments need to be made in the form of a check or money order.  No cash can be accepted.  Please put payments in the booster mailbox in the band room.  Please be sure to put the name of the student on the check...especially if parent/student last names are different.
*The cost of the trip includes round trip transportation, entrance to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Indians game ticket, and dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe (tax and gratuity is included).  Students/chaperones will be responsible for buying their own lunch at either the Rock Hall or Progressive field, and any other incidentals they may wish to purchase.

*There is one fundraiser for you to use to raise money for your trip.  Please take advantage of it by doing your best.  Orders for the jewelry/magazine fundraiser with payment are due no later than Monday, February 13.  Products will be delivered in March.  Please be sure to submit payment with your order and make check/money order payable to “Fairbanks Music Boosters”.  No cash can be accepted.
*We need at four adult chaperones for the trip.  Let Mr. Keller know ASAP if your parents are interested.  Chaperones will be accepted on a first paid/first accepted basis.  More chaperones may be able to go on the trip, but it depends on our busing situation.  You will be informed by February 22 if you are chosen to chaperone.  Deposits will be refunded for those who paid but are not going.
*It is expected that payments be made in a timely fashion. The deposit is non-refundable after February 21, as Indians tickets will be ordered on that date.
