Set Up/Tear Down Crews Needed - Bonus Points Availalbe.

Help is needed for set up and tear-down for the music department's busy concert week.  Set-up and tear-down crews are greatly appreciated and very necessary.  Please help out if you can.  Bonus points are available for your service.  5 points for each set up and each tear down are offered so you can earn up to 10 points if you help at all three concerts.

The details are:

Band/Choir Holiday Concert - Tuesday, Dec. 17.
Set up: 5:30-6:15.  Tear down: 8-8:30.  Concert is at the high school gym.


You must both sign up AND help to earn the points.  The sign up sheet is on the band office window.

Holiday Concert 2013
Tuesday, December 17, 2013, 7:00 P.M.

Order of performance:
Youth Choir
Junior High Concert Band
High School Choir
High School Concert Band

Youth Choir:
You will warm up in the band room at 6:30pm. After you are done, you will file out and then you will sit in with your family.

JH Concert Band:
You need to be seated with your family with your instruments and folder ready to watch the Youth Choir at 7PM.  Immediately after their program, go promptly to your performance seats on the gym floor. We will warm up and then play a chorale and then perform our program.  After you are done, you will file out and then you will sit in with your family.  If you share instruments with a HS band member, they will be waiting for you in the corner to take your instrument.  Do NOT go back to the band room.

HS Choir:
You need to be seated with your family with your ready to watch the Youth Choir at 7PM.  Immediately after their program, go promptly to …
