Good Afternoon all:
I am writing to give you an update on the track concessions and where we stand. I met with Monica this past weekend and looked over the building with her. I will be meeting with her tomorrow night (wed) at the building to "clean it up" from the winter rest and get it ready to go for Saturday.
We are in charge of concessions for both HS and MS track meets dates are:
April 11 @ 1:30 (HS)
April 13 @ 4:30 (MS)
April 21 @ 4:30 (HS)
April 23 @ 4:30 (MS)
April 28 @ 4:00 (HS) This is senior night
May 5 @ 4:30 (MS)
I am guessing that each of the 4:30 events will last around 2 hours, so with set up and clean up, I assume we need to commit to about a 3-4 hour volunteer spot? Does that sound about right to any parent "in the know" with track? I am asking the folks included to help out with the Saturday meet since we are running short on time, I will do a sign up site for the remainder of the events. Let me know if you can or can not help on Saturday, I figure I will be there by 12 or a little after so that we can get things up and running and get used to the place a little. Joey wants us up and running by the time the gates open at 1pm.
Below is the food list she is suggesting, we just need to work on pricing yet for items not marked. Any suggestions, additions, subtractions to this list, please let me know!
The Athletic boosters have agreed to let us use the water, pop and gatorade and candy that they have left over from the basketball season. We will reimburse them the "at cost" price on these items. If anyone has an objection to doing that, let me know ASAP.

Pizza $2.50 per slice
Hot Dogs $1.50 each
Candy $1.00 per item
Pop $2.00 each
Water $1.50 each
